Art X Centric respects the rights of Artists and agencies representing Artist’s rights and interests.
Our services include the replication of existing artworks, which are to the best of our knowledge in the public domain due to expired copyrights, or the lack there of. Artworks are reproduced at the request of a customer who owns the copyright or has permission or license to reproduce copyrighted works.
However, our database contains many images and mistakes do happen! If you find any image that you believe is protected by a copyright, please contact us immediately and the image will be removed. We will not intentionally violate any copyright. Upon discovering that any image on our website infringes on another artist’s copyright, it will be immediately removed.
Custom Order Acceptance
You must certify that you have the copyrights necessary for reproduction of any pictures you provide (that you have permission to reproduce it or that the picture is in the public domain)
Before your order is accepted, we may request a copy of the granted reproduction license or ownership license. The request of a license does not mean acceptance of the customer order by the company. Art X Centric reserves the right to refuse to process an order with or without cause.
Art X Centric.com creates derivative artworks on the behalf of the customer based on stock images of public domain masterpieces or photographs provided by the customer. Our paintings and charcoal drawings will differ from the original in size, signature, brush strokes and other details and are not photographic reproductions. Customers have the sole responsibility and sole liability for complying with all federal and state laws applicable to images, including trademark and copyright laws. Responsibility to ensure that use is within fair use provisions, the image is in the public domain, or that any copyright permissions required have been granted remains with the customer.
