Art X Centric uses UPS to ship worldwide. Your tracking number will be emailed to you, so you can watch the progress of your package until it is delivered. Following artwork completion (1-2 weeks), please allow 4-7 days for delivery depending on your location. Every artwork is shipped unframed, wrapped in a protective layer, and placed in a durable tube protecting it from any possible damage during delivery. Insurance is included. Shipping is free.
Shipment of Frames
Frames are shipped by UPS within the U.S. only. Please allow 4-7 days for delivery depending on your location. Glass is not included. For postage calculations please email us, and include your location (city, state, and postal code).
Shipment of Antiques and Contemporary Decor
All antique and décor items are to be shipped via UPS airmail or Fed Ex sea freight (depending on size, weight, and value of the item). Prices will vary based on location and preferred shipment method. Delivery time for UPS airmail is roughly 14 days. Please allow approximately 30 days for Fed Ex sea freight delivery. We are not responsible for any delays in shipment arrival. Please contact us for further information. Order Verification
An electronic receipt will be emailed to you by Pay Pal once your purchase is verified, and a hardcopy receipt will be included in your package.
Payment Options
Pay online with any major credit card, debit card, or Pay Pal account. We also accept Western Union transfers. For large orders we will accept Bank transfers. All credit card transactions are processed through Pay Pal, which is an encrypted secured, bank authorized credit card processing company. We never see your credit card information. If you would like to purchase an antique, decor item, or historical barn wood frame please contact us, and we will send you a Pay Pal invoice via email.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. For that reason, we allow customers to return artworks for any reason. Our return policy is applicable for 7 days, and the return period begins from the merchandise arrival date. If you are unsatisfied with your artwork you may ship it back to us for revision, or receive a 100% refund. The return shipping fee is not included. Frames, antique and décor items are nonrefundable.
